Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened coffee products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened products are not eligible for return due to freshness concerns.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive shipments until the cancellation is processed.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our Contact page. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
